Flooring:

PVC Mineflo 2,5 mm thick is used as covering of stainless fireproof cement panels flooring 16 mm thick as cabin base cover.

Panels:

Modular panels are made of GFRP (Fiberglass reinforced polyester) as double walls
Composite panels are made of white special acrylic isophthalic (fluorescent) and gelcoat and fiberglass reinforced polyester.
Wall insulation: next generation, high density rigid polyurethane foam 42 thick is injected 35 mm thickness by using high pressure machinery inside panels, ensuring head and sound insulation.

Roof:

Made of fiberglass reinforced polyester as double-wall polyurethane sandwich panel. Following the screwing of modular panels with special roof, together with sealed screws, the anti-bacterial neutral silicon is added to protect the cabin against water, snow, dust, insects and bacteria. Moreover, it provides a long-term hygienic structure.
Roof insulation: 42 density Injected polyurethane foam.
UV resistant based on polyester, white, based on isophthalic acrylic, offering washable, anti-corrosive and rust-resistant aspect.
