This container is made of anti-corrosive steel: CORTEN A, SPA-H or equipment.
It will be built in steel frames, lateral sides and frontal wall in fully corrugated steel, horizontally corrugated steel double doors on the back, stamped steel floor and corner accessories.
All outer welding, including the base frames, will be CO2 gas continuous welding.
Corner seals will be designed according to ISO 1161 and made of works approved by the classification company.
It is provided with two series of pouches for forklifts, a pair for the fully loaded container and the other one for the empty container.
Each forklift pocket is made of steel-plated upper board with the maximum thickness 3.0 mm and two lower head boards 200 mm deep x 6.0 m thick between two canal section sleepers. A pair of forklift pockets is made according to ISO requirements.
Flooring will consist of flooring pieces / bamboo boards, central rail and self-taping screws.
The wooden / bamboo flooring will be made of hard plywood / bamboo boards 28 mm thick longitudinally laid on cross elements between the central rail of the 4.0 mm thick flat bar flooring and the inner lateral rails. 1) Wooden species: Apiton, hard plywood or bamboo composite 2) Adhesive: Phenol-formaldehyde resin.
The back frame will be made of door step, two corner columns, a door header and double-wing back doors, each door being able to balance at 270 degrees.
Two pairs of galvanized screws on closing assemblies with forged steel handles are mounted on the left door, and a series (pressed steel extended handlers) is mounted on the right door, by using zinc steel screws and Huck screws according to TIR requirements.
The left door cannot be opened without opening the right door when the container is sealed according to TIR requirements. Each locker fixation device is provided with customs seal and padlock provisions to cover the sealed area according to TIR requirements. Five (5) fixation rings are welded on each upper and lower lateral side to the embedded corrugations of the lateral panels, lacking any extrudated loading space (20 rings total). Three (3) anchor rods are welded to each corner column to 150 mm distance from flooring and 200 mm lower the upper corner fitting surface and the middle of the corner column. On each back corner column is provided with support slot, sized 60 mm width x 40 mm depth, so that 2 ¼’’ thick laths may be fixed to prevent doors damaging because of loading movement.
Each container will have 8 small labyrinth-type plastic ventilators.
Each ventilator is fixed on the upper side from right to left of each lateral wall with three diameters of 5.0 mm. Stainless stell Huck screws under TIR requirements after the drying of the upper coverage are tightened by sealer on peripheral side, except for the lower part, to prevent water drainage.
