6m Housing Container with WC and Shower Cabin

The container’s ceiling from top to bottom is made of:

• Zinc perimeter metal frame 3 mm thick made of Steel S235JR EN 10025-2 covered by polyurethane dye
• Roof membrane for AIR95 vapors barrier, 2kPa sealing
• 100 mm Isover mineral wool 0.042W/mk heat conductivity
• Folded 3-layer sandwich panel 40 mm thick made of folded RAL 9002 0.4 mm sheet 3-layer, uniformly injected polyurethane nucleus and electrostatically painted folded RAL 9002 0.4 mm sheet.

The roof may bear snow load according to the Romanian region up to 250 kg/m2.

Supporting pillars of the container are made of steel, being 3 mm thick S235JR EN 10025-2 and covered by polyurethane paint.
 

The container’s flooring from bottom to up is made of:

• 3 mm thick galvanized perimetral steel frame S235JR EN 10025-2 covered in polyurethane paint
• Isover 100 mm layer mineral wool with 0.042W/mk cone thermic conductivity
• 18 mm conglomerate and waterproof fiber-wooden board with synthetic resins offering high waterproofing and moisture-resistance
• AC4 class 2 mm Linoleum, Heterogeneous, antibacterial, fungicide, fire resistant EN 13501-1 Bfl S1

Bending resistance compliant with NP 005-2003.

The outer walls of the container are made of:

• Folded 3-layer sandwich panel 40 mm thick made of folded RAL 9002 0.4 mm sheet 3-layer, uniformly injected polyurethane nucleus and electrostatically painted folded RAL 9002 0.4 mm sheet.
• 1 NINZ Italy technical metallic door with comb-type nucleus painted in electrostatic field RAL 9002 sized 1000x2050 mm
• 1 white PVC window with 6 double-glazed chambers 24 mm / Vorne ironware with 2-leaved sliding opening
• 1 white small PVC 500x500mm window

 

Inner electrical power unit:

• 1 16 bipolar fuses panel 10 Amp + 1 differential electroshock fuse
• 2 double sockets
• 1 circuit breaker
• 2 LED 24W 6400k lamps
• MYYM 3x2.5mm cable for sockets circuit and MYYM 2x1mm for lighting circuit

Outer electrical system:

• 1 220V 16 A supply socket Scame Italia

Sanitary unit:

• 1 ceramic WC toilet with Geberit manually actuated basin and cover
• 1 shower cabin 80x80 cm with glass secured doors, closure and single-lever tap
• 1 ceramic washbasin sized 40 cm with tap, if applicable (Cold and/or Hot Water)
• 1 80 l Electrical Water Heater with anode anti-corrosion protection
